All engines are mass produced by the manufacturer resulting in exaggerated tolerances and mismatched porting; therefore, every engine can be improved. EBR's engine services maintain the widest possible power-band while enhancing the power delivery in areas preferred by the rider. Countless hours of dyno runs, computer design software and years of testing ensure that EBR engine specs provide optimum performance.


Our engine work is thorough and precise!  Our professionals have a vast machine shop and job-specific tooling allow us to offer  almost any service.  We are unique with the only seat/guide machine and super finish process in-house. We supply suggested jetting, reeds and exhaust systems with each engine modification.

Change intake and exhaust port time/area, remove all casting flaw and retexture all ports for optimum performance.

VALVE & SEAT RESURFACING
