EBR Suspension Services

Rebuild Service

Frequent suspension maintenance is required to provide optimum suspension performance and reduce unnecessary wear to fork and shaft internals.  Do not wait until you have a seal leak to service your suspension.  Fluids break down from heat, springs sag out in length, bushings wear and shims collect metal debris greatly hindering suspension performance.  We recommend rebuilding the components every 30 hours.

Forks ............................................................................$119 per set

Completely disassemble, clean, thoroughly inspect or replace parts and reassemble.

Shock ...........................................................................$119

Completely disassemble, clean, thoroughly inspect or replace parts and reassemble. (Nitrogen included)

Revalve Service

An EBR suspension revalve will provide the ultimate feel on the track with reduced fatigue and increased confidence.  Our technicians will choose the best spring rates, compression and rebound shim configurations, cartridge and nitrogen pressure, bottoming systems, fluids and external adjustments to fit the riders weight, skill level and track conditions.  Many setups include internal polishing to reduce friction and part machining to increase oil flow.

Forks ...........................................................................$210 per set

Rebuild, adjust compression and rebound dampening rates and modify internals to rider specifications.

Shock ...........................................................................$195

Rebuild, adjust compression and rebound dampening rates and modify internals to rider specifications.

Height Reduction (per set) .........................................$99 per set

This is a reversible process that modifies the fork and shock internals to limit the overall height.  We can lower a bike up to 2 inches using this method.

*Price is in addition to Revalve

Teflon Hard Coating (Color Options)

Fork Tubes ...................................................................$280 per set

Shock Body ....................................................................$119

Fork Axle Clamps .........................................................$70 per set

Hard Coat anodizing offers extended wear resistance to all aluminum fork components and gives them a factory appearance.

Titanium Nitride Coating (Gold)

Fork Sliders ..................................................................$600 per set

Shock Shaft ..................................................................$185

TiN is a gold coating that can be impregnated into the fork tubes and shock shaft to resist wear to the surfaces and reduce friction generated by the seals, bushings and tubes.

Factory DLC Coating (Black)

Fork Sliders ................................................................$600 per set

Shock Shaft ................................................................$185

This is the latest in "Works" coatings used by the factory teams and many other motorsports teams at the highest level.  DLC has a hardness superior to all other coatings with an extremely low coefficient of friction.  It will increase the durability of fork tubes and shock shaft while decreasing the harshness caused by friction.

*There is an additional charge to remove and install the fork axle clamps for hard coating the clamps or DLC coating the fork sliders.  Removing components from motorcycle and reinstalling them is not included in the pricing above.  Worn parts are additional to labor prices listed.

*Due to frequently changing cost of our materials and labor, our in-store pricing may differ from our website listed as the change can happen faster than website updates.  Please call to confirm actual pricing at the time of service if eccential.
