FORKS

High and Low Speed Adjusters

Available for most Kayaba forks

Dual speed Adjusters are factory style high/low adjuster assemblies for forks. Independent adjusters dial in initial plushness and bottoming resistance. Use of this setup provides external tuning superior to any other system. Our custom revalving insures the advantage.  Available for most Showa and KYB forks ….......$239

Custom Valve Bodies

Available for KX85/100 and CR85

Pistons are CNC machined for billet 6061 aluminum then anodized. Our pistons give much greater control of oil flow.  This allows us to properly tune for all riding conditions.  This is the ONLY way to go with most 80-100cc forks….......from $99

Anti-Bottoming System

Available for ‘98-‘04 YZ125-450 ‘98-‘04 CR125

Rubber bumper bottoming systems have very little “give”,  resulting in a sudden jolt.  This anti-bottoming kit replaces the rubber bumper system with our 2.5" hydraulic system. The system eliminates fork bottoming by slowing the cartridge rod bottoming piston progressively, 2.5" before the end of travel resulting in a plusher, more progressive feel..............$159.99

Anti-Bottoming System

Available for ‘98-‘07 KX80-100 and ‘94-‘07 YZ80

Rubber bumper bottoming systems have very little “give”,  resulting in a sudden jolt.  This anti-bottoming kit replaces the rubber bumper system with our 2.25" hydraulic system. The system eliminates fork bottoming by slowing the cartridge rod bottoming piston progressively, 2.25" before the end of travel resulting in a plusher, more progressive feel….....$99.99

Anti-Bottoming Pistons

Available for most models

These over-sized billet aluminum anti-bottoming pistons replace the stock pistons. The pistons eliminate fork bottoming by slowing the cartridge rod with a tighter tolerance, 3" before the end of travel resulting in a plusher, more progressive feel.  They also allow a lower oil volume to eliminate the mid-stroke harshness associated with many forks.….....$49.99

EBR Internal Pressure Springs

Available in several rates to fit most Showa and Kayaba  forks

The internal pressure system inside of a Showa or Kayaba cylinder cartridge controls the compression characteristics of the fork.  Most Showa  and Kayaba forks have a pressure spring that is too stiff and hinders their ability to soak up small choppy bumps.  These springs allow the option of the correct cartridge pressure for each rider and application providing a much plusher ride.  These are a MUST to get the best performance from your suspension………$35.00 per set

Low Speed Bleed Circuits

These bleed circuits improves fork damping by offering an additional tuning element to your forks. This system allows us to adjust the initial feel of the fork and control the dive under braking.  Stock systems allow free flow of oil through the adjuster bypass resulting in a fork set the rides low in the stroke under braking giving up the plush part of the travel before you encounter the bumps.  This system can be added to most Showa and Kayaba twin chamber forks.....$59.99

Emulators

Available for KX60/65,  RM80 and many street bikes

Damping rod forks are notorious for being both too harsh and too easy to bottom. This is the nature of damping rod fixed orifice forks. Emulators make damping rod forks perform like speed sensitive cartridge forks. Emulators are tunable valves that sit on top of the damping rods. This makes them both simple to install and completely tunable for all conditions and rider preferences……....$139.99

Internal Bleed Systems

The Internal Bleed System improves fork damping by keeping the oil free of air. This is a non-circulating cartridge system in which oil is expelled and drawn from the bottom of the cartridge. Stock systems circulate oil up the cartridge rod and back into the cartridge tube where it mixes with air and thins out, resulting in oil fade after a few minutes of riding. The Internal Bleed System is CNC machined and fits 46 and 43 mm Kayaba upside down motocross forks.....$99.99

For bikes that already have an internal bleed system, we have developed an improved needle to further reduce the mixing of air and oil...…....$29.99

Adjustable Rebound Kit

Available for ‘98-‘07 KX80-100, ‘94-‘97 YZ80 and ‘95-‘00 KDX200/220

This rebound adjuster kit includes all parts required to convert the forks to adjustable rebound (22 clicks). The system allows for fork rebound adjustment to fine tune for spring rates and track conditions.  These are a MUST for any serious rider.…......$199.99

Adjustable air sub-tanks

These sub-tanks are the best available.  They feature an adjustable, speed-sensitive valve to tune bottoming control and harshness.  They also have stainless steel high-pressure lines, bleed fittings and carbon fiber and aluminum bodies.  The sub-tanks mount neatly behind the front number plate and attach to the top of each fork.  Sizes vary with fork model…….$350/set

SHOCK

High/Low Speed Adjusters

Available for ’03-05 KX 125-250, KXF250 and RMZ250

Adjusters are factory style high and low adjusters for shocks designed only with a low speed adjustment.  Independent adjusters dial in initial plushness and bottoming resistance. This is a MUST for KX, KX-F and RM-Z shocks. Our custom revalving insures the advantage..…......$129

Custom Valve Bodies

Pistons are CNC machined for billet 6061 aluminum then anodized.  Our pistons give much greater control of oil flow.  This allows us to properly tune for all riding conditions.……....from $79

WP bladder kit

Available for KTM125-450s

WP shocks use a floating piston in the nitrogen reservoir to make room for fluid that the shaft displaces as it enters the shock body during compression.  The stock piston has a tendency to drag and hesitate causing the shock to deflect on sharp hits.  This bladder system compresses instantly to make room for the shaft allowing the shock to soak up choppy conditions………..$60.00

EBR Works Bladder Cap

Available for most Showa and Kayaba Shocks

Our billet aluminum bladder cap increases nitrogen reservoir volume to reduce shock fade.   This will help retain race sag as the shock gets hot during a long moto.   It will also give your shock the factory look……..$74.99

EBR Works aluminum preload rings

Available for most 50mm Showa and 48mm Kayaba shock

Our preload rings are made from billet aluminum and have a larger adjusting range when setting your race sag.  These are much lighter than the stock steel rings.  They also give your rear shock the factory look……..$59.99

Separator Valve

Available for all Showa and KYB big bike shocks

The separator valve is designed to keep the rebound oil flow and adjustment independent from the compression flow.  The stock design allows the oil to flow both directions affecting the compression dampening every time a rebound adjustment is made and offering an unwanted bypass for the compression stroke.  This system is new to the consumer but have been used on most factory teams for years.  We will install it during a shock service at no additional labor charge.….....$49.99 each

Heavy Duty Shaft Bumpers

Available for most shocks

Our HD bumpers are manufactured of high-density foam with increased size for maximum bottoming resistance.  HD bumpers are found on all works shocks..........$19.99
